Update on Power 3x9 Matrix and Straight Line Matrix Distribution

Power 3x9 Matrix

The new Power 3x9 Matrix that has been added to our amazing compensation plan is now complete! You can now view your Power Matrix in your Extranet back office. Since you do not have to sponsor anyone to get paid, many of you will receive a check on February 15th, 2010 for the first time!

To see your Power 3x9 Matrix, check the drop down menu from your "Genealogy" tab in your back office. To see "active" members, go to your "Graphical Genealogy" and choose "Power Matrix". Active members will be indicated by the "Autoship" icon next to their name.

PLEASE NOTE: Any member you see in your Power 3x9 Matrix that is not active must become active before January 31, 2010 in order for you to get paid on their PV-C. Please be sure to take note of who is active on your team when you are looking at your Power Matrix. Encourage all the members that you personally sponsored to upgrade their membership before January 31, 2010! There will be a compression of all active members in your Power 3x9 Matrix when commissions are calculated.

We are very excited about the addition of the 3x9 matrix and its income potential to our program!

Straight-Line Bonus Pool for Founders Club Members

The Straight Line Bonus Pool matrix is calculated every 3 months and was set to pay out at the end of January, 2010. This bonus requires that you be an "Active" paid member for all three months of the quarter in order to qualify for a share of the payout.

Since the last quarter of 2009 began October 1st and we did not launch until October 23rd, none of our Founding Members achieved the required 15,000 PV-C in the straight line for 3 months.

We also found that some of our Founders Club members initially had trouble with the autoship section in their back office of the extranet and their account was not active for a few days, which automatically disqualified them for the quarter.

We appreciate you and we want everyone to be paid. We have paid Binary commissions every week on time and even early!

The Compensation Plan is written as stated below:

"The Straight Line Profit Pool pays out 5% of all PV-C to the company success line to those who qualify. The total amount of this pool is distributed evenly between 4 Pools. If there are no Reps eligible to earn on this bonus, the commission will be held as breakage to the company."

WE DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN!

So, to be fair to everyone we have decided to take the volume from the last quarter of 2009 and add it to the volume of the first quarter of 2010 (January 1st 2010 - March 31st 2010) and pay it out in April 2010 to everyone who is "active" and qualifies for the profit sharing pool. You must be an active paid member from January 1st, 2010 - March 31st, 2010 in order to be paid from this pool!

This is the first of many profit sharing checks. As our company grows so will the checks that will be paid out in profit sharing!
